About the Role
You will identify user needs, design product concepts, build working prototypes, evaluate quality, and help bring successful ideas into production. You will build AI product experiences and agent-development workflows, turn customer needs into workflows and technical designs, use product data and feedback to improve outcomes, and create clear demos and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software or ML engineer on user-facing systems
- Full-stack engineering skills
- Experience building and shipping products or major features with end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, AI workflows, or applied ML products
- Product judgment and ability to simplify complex technical ideas into intuitive user experiences
- Ability to prototype quickly while maintaining engineering rigor
- Communication skills for cross-functional technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Build zero-to-one AI product experiences from concept through productionization
- Work with users and cross-functional partners to identify high-impact opportunities
- Translate customer needs and product ideas into workflows, interfaces, and technical designs
- Build and improve AI agent development, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization workflows
- Use product data, user feedback, and evaluation results to identify improvements
- Create demos, product notes, technical documentation, and recommendations
- Help define the product and technical bar for AI-native experiences
