About the Role
You will own the strategy and delivery of a conversational AI assistant and internal agentic systems. You will define AI product roadmaps, transform priority workflows, and design shared infrastructure for orchestration, evaluation, safety, governance, auditability, and configurable AI products.
Requirements
- 12+ years in product and technology
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles owning technically complex products at scale
- Experience owning and shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products
- Knowledge of LLM product architecture, multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
- Experience in regulated environments requiring auditability and explainability
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Executive-level English and Mandarin communication
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of the conversational AI assistant
- Define user trust and product evolution for the AI assistant
- Own the agentic AI roadmap for internal functions
- Identify workflows for transformation into agent-driven systems
- Ensure AI outputs are traceable and regulatorily defensible
- Own product design for orchestration, evaluation, safety, and governance infrastructure
