BitDegree is a gamified and incentive-driven (Play-and-Earn) platform for learning about crypto and the wider Web3 space. Players participate in topic- or project-dedicated BitDegree Missions, where they solve quizzes, tackle blockchain & social actions, and research topics from provided content pieces, all within a set time limit. Participants can earn crypto learning rewards and win unique prizes. The platform aims to uncover, simplify, and share Web3 & cryptocurrency education with the masses. It also features a Mission Builder for creating custom "Learn and Earn" crypto missions and Guilds, which are project-dedicated spaces for communities to learn and engage.

About the Role
Design end-to-end web and growth solutions across UX/UI and graphics to create engaging user experiences. Collaborate with marketing and development to align designs with business objectives, run A/B tests, analyze results, and advocate for design excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design with a demonstrable portfolio
- Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
- Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs
- Adaptability to change and quick learning ability
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end web and growth solutions covering full-scope UX/UI and graphics
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align designs with business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to inform design improvements
- Present and justify design decisions and advocate for design excellence
