About the Role
You will design clear, trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive exchange products. You will take work from discovery through prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration; collaborate with Product and Engineering; use research and analytics; and contribute to scalable experiences across product areas and markets.
Requirements
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Experience designing and delivering digital products.
- A portfolio demonstrating problem framing, exploration, interaction design, and outcome evaluation.
- Product thinking and ability to connect customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Interaction design and information architecture skills for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering.
- Clear communication and ability to work through ambiguity.
- Interest in centralized exchange products.
Responsibilities
- Design clear and trustworthy experiences for complex, data-intensive products.
- Translate customer insights, strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into user journeys.
- Work through problem framing, exploration, prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to resolve trade-offs and deliver concepts.
- Use research, analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform decisions.
- Contribute to scalable experiences across platforms and markets.
