About the Role

You will design socially driven chat and interaction experiences from concept through polished execution. You will create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and research outputs while using feedback and data to improve design quality and product usability.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer-facing chat or instant messaging experiences
• Experience designing chat, social, or user-to-user interaction features
• Deep expertise in visual and user interface design
• 3+ years of experience collaborating within cross-functional technology teams
• Experience delivering end-to-end design solutions
• Strong communication and design advocacy skills
• Prototyping experience is preferred
• Familiarity with design systems is preferred
• Exposure to data-informed design is preferred
• Experience working across time zones is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design discipline is preferred
