About the Role
You will use SQL and Python to investigate business problems and turn analysis into actionable recommendations. You will measure marketing performance, attribution, ROI, and KPIs; support the analytics roadmap; integrate third-party marketing data; refine business work items; and communicate insights to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Use SQL and Python to solve business problems
- Improve performance-marketing and growth initiatives through analytics
- Build analytics roadmaps for acquisition, lifetime value, and budget optimization
- Integrate data from third-party marketing platforms
- Advise stakeholders on member attribution by channel
- Measure and report campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Prioritize business cases and refine analytical work items
- Deliver timely, high-quality analytical outputs
