About the Role

You'll help shape how AI-assisted development can be responsibly brought into core financial infrastructure without sacrificing correctness guarantees. You'll own the test harness for core systems, including integration tests, formal verification, and chaos testing across the ledger, netting algorithm, money movement, and payment ordering. You'll build correctness guarantees that let the rest of the team ship faster, design and build internal tools that amplify productivity, own CI/CD pipelines, dev environments, and deployment infrastructure, and instrument systems with observability like logging, tracing, and alerting so problems are caught before customers see them.

  • Ability to reason about state, ordering, idempotency, failure modes, and consistency in distributed systems
  • Experience with formal verification, property-based testing, or chaos engineering is a plus, especially with tools like Temporal or TigerBeetle
