You will prototype, evaluate, and improve perception algorithms using real-world data and simulations. You will support production deployment, write high-quality tested code, collaborate on self-driving systems, work with large datasets and a high-fidelity simulator, and contribute research publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of industry experience, or an MS/PhD, in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a similar technical field
• Experience with applied research and shipping machine-learning models or features into production
• Experience with 3D detection, traffic-agent tracking, or semantic traffic-scene understanding

Responsibilities

• Prototype, evaluate, and iterate on perception algorithms using real-world data and simulations
• Develop 3D detection, traffic-agent tracking, and semantic scene understanding
• Formulate problems and propose pragmatic and long-term solutions
• Support the production deployment of perception algorithms
• Ensure high-quality, well-structured, and tested code
• Collaborate on perception, motion forecasting, planning, traffic modeling, and sensor simulation
• Apply advances in artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, and self-driving technology
• Work with large datasets and a high-fidelity simulator
• Contribute research findings to conferences and the company blog
