About the Role
You operate, maintain, and improve logical data and security networks, including edge routers, core switches, and firewalls. You troubleshoot complex incidents, provide L1/L2 and partial L3 support, perform root cause analysis, plan network expansions, maintain documentation, and improve monitoring systems and alerts.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain edge routers core switches and firewalls
- Troubleshoot and resolve medium- and high-complexity network incidents
- Provide L1/L2 and partial L3 network support
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
- Plan and support network expansions topology changes and capacity improvements
- Maintain network documentation procedures and incident records
- Manage and improve network monitoring systems
- Create and tune alerts graphs and thresholds
