About the Role

You will develop high-quality multimedia assets such as video and motion graphics using creative direction and testing strategies, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with marketing objectives. You will train junior designers, guiding them in new workflows including AI and high-volume production, and provide constructive feedback to elevate team quality. You will introduce and document new AI workflows and best practices through internal knowledge-sharing sessions. You will pioneer AI tools and automation to reduce manual tasks and support high-volume asset generation without compromising quality. You will collaborate with User Acquisition and Creative Leads to propose and deliver visual solutions, and ensure creative outputs are optimized for performance marketing goals, leveraging metrics like IPM, CPI, CVR, and CTR to produce high-converting ad creatives while managing workload in fast-paced production cycles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of motion/multimedia design experience, preferably within mobile gaming or digital advertising
  • Expert knowledge of mobile game aesthetics, UX, and Performance Marketing metrics (IPM, CPI, CVR, CTR)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Cap Cut, Illustrator)
  • Highly adaptable mindset for integrating and optimizing AI tools into production workflows
  • Excellent data-driven communication skills for strategic alignment with Marketing/UA teams
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume production cycles while maintaining visual quality

Responsibilities

  • Optimize creative outputs for Performance Marketing goals using metrics like IPM, CPI, CVR, and CTR
  • Manage workload within iterative fast-paced production cycles to meet deliverable deadlines
