About the Role
You will own end-to-end quality assurance strategy across the platform and customer-facing delivery. You will lead a globally distributed QA organization, establish test governance and release criteria, manage quality incidents, strengthen test automation and CI/CD gating, support user acceptance testing and integrations, and maintain audit-ready quality evidence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software quality
- 2+ years of experience managing QA or Quality Engineering teams
- Experience owning quality in banking payments or fintech
- Familiarity with audit user acceptance testing and documented test governance
- Experience with test automation CI/CD gating and coverage measurement
- Hands-on experience with Cypress or similar tools
- Experience building distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures
- Experience defining and reporting quality KPIs
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end QA strategy across the platform and customer-facing delivery
- Establish quality governance standards coverage metrics release criteria and audit-ready evidence
- Own quality-related incident response including triage root cause analysis prevention and post-incident communication
- Strengthen test automation CI/CD gating and regression coverage
- Support user acceptance testing structured acceptance testing and integration validation
- Shape engineering culture and uphold quality standards
