About the Role
You will lead the security roadmap and budget across corporate IT, cloud, and product development. You will protect chip-design intellectual property, engineering workflows, software supply chains, AI agents, and infrastructure. You will strengthen identity, endpoint, vendor-risk, incident-response, compliance, and physical-security practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of information security experience
- 3+ years leading security programs or teams
- Technical literacy in RBAC, MDM, SIEM, Kubernetes, and CI/CD security
- Experience protecting IP-intensive engineering environments
- Understanding of LLMs, autonomous AI agents, APIs, and sensitive-data handling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the security roadmap and budget
- Manage security vendors and consolidate security tools
- Mature identity governance, endpoint detection and response, vendor risk management, and incident response
- Lead readiness for SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance programs
- Protect chip design IP, EDA workflows, and software source
- Assess hardware supply-chain risks and co-architect hardware security controls
- Establish software supply-chain practices including SBOMs, signed builds, and provenance tracking
- Secure cloud, colocation, on-premises, API, and customer-facing environments
- Establish governance and controls for internal AI agents
- Partner on lab and physical security
