About the Role
You will lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will develop operating and financial models, build KPI frameworks and management dashboards, support business planning with functional stakeholders, analyze investments and resource allocation, and support fundraising, investor diligence, and IPO readiness.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A strategic finance investment banking consulting or business finance
- Financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to communicate with senior executives and investors
- Experience building financial planning processes and operating models in a high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning budgeting forecasting and long-range planning
- Develop operating and financial models for management decision-making
- Build KPI frameworks management dashboards and Board reporting packages
- Support business planning with engineering product commercial and operations stakeholders
