About the Role

You will design and execute control testing plans for regulatory and financial reporting, review issues and identify root causes, maintain policies and procedures, coordinate training, prepare dashboards and reports, support regulatory examinations, and champion AI use to improve Finance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA designation or another relevant professional designation
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting including FFIEC 02 and FR Y-15
  • At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing complex financial, regulatory reporting, or other controls
  • Knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting
  • Knowledge of Federal Reserve regulatory reporting for foreign banking organizations or related organizations
  • Understanding of banking businesses and products
  • Understanding of internal controls and the COSO framework
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies and testing plans for regulatory reporting controls
  • Validate regulatory reporting against source documents
  • Design and execute testing plans for financial reporting controls
  • Review control and reporting issues and identify root causes
  • Prepare reports and dashboards communicating control findings and operational performance
  • Develop and maintain policy and procedure documentation
  • Coordinate the U.S. Finance FORA training program
  • Liaise with auditors and regulators
  • Assist with regulatory examinations
  • Manage regulatory exam requests and deliverables
  • Lead or assist with special projects
  • Champion AI use in Finance processes
