About the Role
You will develop, maintain, and improve perception and online-mapping algorithms and systems for autonomous vehicles. You will write reliable real-time software, lead features from problem definition through delivery, identify mapping limitations, and align stakeholders around priorities.
Requirements
- Experience architecting, training, and deploying deep learning models in real-world environments.
- Experience with transformers, diffusion models, or flow models.
- Experience driving applied research from conception through publication or productization.
- Software engineering and machine learning algorithm design experience.
- Sensor fusion or online mapping experience.
- Python fluency.
- C++ experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver online and offline perception and generative AI algorithms and systems for L4 self-driving vehicles.
- Write robust software for real-time, resource-constrained, safety-critical applications.
- Drive features and work streams from problem definition through delivery.
- Identify limitations in the online mapping system and drive improvements.
- Align stakeholders through presentations and communication.
- Build consensus and execute team priorities.
