About the Role
You will lead the lifecycle planning and design of stablecoin payment, FX conversion, and liquidity products. You will design exchange engines, position and risk-management systems, and LP gateway interfaces. You will also optimize clearing and settlement workflows with risk, compliance, and finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead product lifecycle planning for stablecoin payment, FX, and liquidity products
- Design FX and cryptocurrency conversion trading systems
- Design position and risk-management systems for principal conversion scenarios
- Lead business and technical integration with liquidity providers and on/off-ramp providers
- Design LP gateway interfaces for smart order routing, pricing, and failover
- Optimize clearing and settlement workflows within compliance and regulatory frameworks
