About the Role
You will take operational products from concept to production across React and TypeScript frontends and Go backend services. You will build secure, auditable interfaces for external users, expand operational capabilities across internal domains, and develop agentic operations with appropriate human controls. You will work in weekly delivery cycles and help improve AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Product engineering mindset
- Backend experience in Go, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience building client-facing interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Experience building configurable multi-customer products
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Focus on quality, extensibility, and automated testing
- End-to-end ownership across containers, CI/CD pipelines, and relational data modeling
- Understanding of event-driven architectures
- Experience using AI tools in software engineering workflows
- Ability to navigate undefined problems and align other teams
Responsibilities
- Build operational products from concept to production across React, TypeScript, and Go
- Implement secure per-client environments, least-privilege access, and Auth0 integrations
- Expand operational capabilities across internal domains
- Improve AI-enabled software delivery while maintaining compliance
- Build agentic operations with strict audit trails and human-intervention controls
- Work in weekly cycles and bi-weekly retrospectives to deliver frequently
