About the Role
You will solve complex product and engineering problems across web and mobile platforms. You will build reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences; collaborate on scalable distributed systems; participate in architecture decisions; run experiments; and improve performance and security practices.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Build full-stack applications with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby and React or React Native
- Understand distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design
- Be familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL or MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD
- Apply a product mindset focused on key metrics
- Operate autonomously in a globally distributed remote-first environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and analysts to identify growth opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions
- Implement reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences
- Collaborate on distributed systems that handle high volumes of global traffic
- Participate in design and architecture discussions
- Measure, experiment, and iterate using data and experimentation frameworks
- Improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices
