About the Role
Build and own the platform powering financial clarity for businesses ranging from SMEs to Fortune 500 enterprises. Own full-stack feature delivery across front-end, server-side, and database tiers, leveraging Azure to craft scalable, resilient cloud solutions. Shape technical direction and mentor fellow engineers within a you-build-it-you-run-it team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of application development experience.
- Experience with application development guidelines, cloud architecture, and deployment.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, with advanced Microsoft SQL Server knowledge.
- Hands-on Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Extensive modern JavaScript framework experience with TDD and BDD knowledge.
- Ability to influence and mentor developers in an agile environment.
- Experience reviewing and estimating user stories.
- Strong troubleshooting and production application support experience.
- Understanding of Windows operating system principles and administration.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and deliver full-stack features.
- Leverage Azure services to build scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions.
- Improve applications and own delivery pipelines and feature flags.
- Drive unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Use observability tools and logging to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Mentor engineers and lead technical design and code reviews.
- Improve team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices.
- Ensure work meets quality, operational, and architectural standards.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation.
