About the Role
You will design and develop real-time software for inventory induction and order fulfillment. You will build responsive, accessible frontend components, integrate them with backend services, write tested production-quality code, optimize user experience, and collaborate on requirements, API contracts, technical designs, and localization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 to 8 years of professional software application development experience
- 3+ years of experience with HTML, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript, and Angular v15+ or React
- Experience building responsive reusable frontend components and integrating them with backend services
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, real-time communication patterns, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional, internationally distributed engineering environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive or fly to client and customer locations
Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time distributed software for inventory induction and order fulfillment
- Develop web, desktop, and mobile applications using Angular or React, C# .NET, XAML, RabbitMQ, and SQL
- Build responsive, accessible, reusable UI components using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, RabbitMQ, and SignalR
- Write maintainable code and unit tests and contribute to component and end-to-end tests
- Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience
- Participate in design, development, code review, and testing
- Refine requirements and define API contracts with engineering and product stakeholders
- Maintain internationalization and localization
- Maintain collaboration overlap from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
