About the Role
Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, responsive front-end and cross-platform mobile applications. Translate UI/UX designs into maintainable code, optimize performance, integrate backend APIs, improve testing and CI/CD workflows, mentor junior engineers, review code, troubleshoot issues, and adopt emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of front-end development experience.
- 2+ years of experience with React Native and Expo.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with Expo Managed Workflow and Expo SDK.
- Experience with React Native core libraries and third-party integrations.
- Experience with mobile performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs into mobile applications.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Experience with unit and end-to-end testing using Jest or Detox.
- Experience with native modules and Expo Bare Workflow preferred.
- Familiarity with Expo Build for Android and iOS binaries preferred.
- Knowledge of Expo push notifications preferred.
- Understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools preferred.
- Knowledge of iOS App Store and Google Play deployment preferred.

- Develop and maintain web and cross-platform mobile applications focused on performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality features.
- Build reusable code libraries and front-end components.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Implement responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Lead code reviews and guide front-end architecture and quality.
- Mentor and coach junior developers and promote best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and mobile issues.
