About the Role

You will design and implement a robust financial crime and fraud product to protect users and eliminate bad actors. You will define product strategy, own the roadmap and deliverables, and hire and organise the team to build the FinCrime platform from the ground up. You will take products from zero to first release and beyond, using technical insight to drive product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience building products to prevent and detect financial crime and fraud
• Experience working in a high-growth start-up or fintech
• 2+ years of experience working on technical products such as platforms, distributed systems, data science or machine learning
• Experience developing products from zero to first release and beyond
• Professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) — desirable
• Knowledge of UK and EU regulatory environment and financial crime regimes — desirable
• Experience with crypto compliance tools (e.g. Chainalysis, Elliptic) — desirable
• Strong data analytics capability to extract insights from large datasets — desirable
