About the Role
You will execute validation plans, develop automation solutions, and improve product quality across silicon and platform technologies. You will create test plans, build validation frameworks, analyse results, investigate failures, improve coverage and execution efficiency, and support validation from bring-up through product readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in silicon, hardware, or system validation
- Understanding of validation methodologies, test planning, test execution, and quality processes
- Experience developing validation automation frameworks and regression execution systems
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of hardware systems, silicon bring-up, and validation workflows
- Experience translating requirements into validation plans and test cases
- Experience analysing validation results and conducting root-cause investigations
- Understanding of validation coverage, quality metrics, release readiness, and risk assessment
- Experience collaborating across architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, systems, and validation teams
- Experience with post-silicon bring-up and system integration
- Experience with FPGA-based validation environments
- Experience automating laboratory equipment
- Familiarity with CI/CD and continuous testing
- Experience with C, C++, or embedded software development

- Plan, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems and validation infrastructure
- Develop and execute validation plans
- Create test plans from validation requirements and test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
- Support silicon and platform validation from bring-up through product readiness

- Improve test coverage and validation capabilities
- Develop automated data collection, analysis, and reporting solutions
- Evaluate design features for functional, compatibility, integration, and reliability risks
- Investigate validation failures and perform root-cause analysis
- Improve validation techniques, workflows, automation, and engineering processes
- Support power, performance, and system-level validation
- Document validation best practices and engineering standards
