About the Role
Administer and optimize Coupa and Sage Intacct as the subject matter expert for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. Manage procurement, supplier onboarding, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, integrations, service desk requests, access reviews, audits, and financial system enhancements while partnering with finance and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on administration experience with Coupa and Sage Intacct
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay workflows
- Working knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience supporting financial system integrations
- Familiarity with API-based integrations
- Experience implementing financial software or delivering major system enhancements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Coupa and Sage Intacct
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and accounts payable processes
- Support invoicing automation, accounts receivable workflows, and revenue recognition configurations
- Troubleshoot billing, collections, and system integration issues
- Manage finance-related service desk queues and resolve requests within team SLAs
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa, Sage Intacct, Stripe, and CRM systems
- Conduct access reviews and audits
- Maintain SOX compliance and least-privilege access models
