About the Role
You will design, build, and operate full-stack applications, backend services, SDKs, and APIs. You will develop shared authentication and telemetry capabilities, establish secure versioned interfaces, partner with product and engineering stakeholders, and own solutions from design through production support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience
- Technical judgment in designing and operating full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, or distributed systems
- Systems thinking and ability to create reusable solutions
- Experience owning production software from design through operation and continuous improvement
- Effective collaboration and communication across engineering, product, and organizational stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate full-stack applications, backend services, SDKs, and APIs
- Contribute to shared authentication, telemetry integrations, the Customer Support Portal, and public telemetry APIs
- Partner with product and engineering teams to develop reusable capabilities
- Establish secure, reliable, documented, and versioned interfaces
- Own solutions through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support
- Contribute to technical direction through design reviews, tradeoffs, and collaboration
