About the Role
You will design, implement, and optimize GPU-style kernels for matrix multiplication, attention, and data movement. You will identify performance bottlenecks, improve throughput, contribute host-side orchestration and parallelization, develop benchmarks and regression tests, and integrate kernels into production systems.
Requirements
- C++ systems engineering experience
- Performance-critical or low-level software experience
- Knowledge of concurrency and synchronization
- Knowledge of latency hiding and compute-memory trade-offs
- Profiling and benchmarking skills
- Runtime or kernel-level debugging experience
Responsibilities
