About the Role
You will design liquid cooling and hydraulic fluid-system components for the X-BAT aircraft. You will work with suppliers, size and analyze systems and components, and take ownership of multiple fluid-system areas.
Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of fluid or hydraulic system design, component design, system analysis, supplier management, or requirements management experience
- CAD skills, preferably NX
- Proficiency in fluid or hydraulic system analysis, including first principles, Simscape, or Amesim
- Ability to execute design, build, and test activities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced cross-functional teams
