About the Role
You lead and scale a global HR Business Partner team and advise senior leaders across international markets. You align people and organizational strategies with business objectives, oversee talent and change initiatives, manage employee relations and compliance risks, and develop an inclusive HR leadership bench.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience
- Significant senior HR leadership experience
- Experience leading global HRBP teams across multiple regions
- Knowledge of international employment laws, labor practices, and cultural dynamics
- Ability to operate strategically and operationally in a fast-paced global organization
- Stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience supporting fintech, technology, multinational, or matrixed organizations
- Experience leading change, transformation, and growth
- Ability to leverage HR metrics and insights
- Cultural intelligence, adaptability, and a global mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and scale the global HRBP team
- Partner with executive and senior leaders on people and organizational strategies
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
- Provide strategic HR guidance across global markets
- Address complex people challenges across cultural, regulatory, and business environments
- Apply global HR frameworks with regional relevance and compliance
- Oversee leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Support restructures, M&A integration, and business transformation
- Use data and insights to measure HR impact
- Handle senior-level employee relations matters with legal and regional HR teams
- Maintain governance, compliance, and risk management across geographies
- Provide guidance on complex employment laws and practices
- Coach, mentor, and develop HRBP leaders
