About the Role
You lead cross-organization DevOps projects, establish best practices, and evaluate tools and methodologies that improve delivery and operations. You develop resilient infrastructure, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, work with R&D teams to improve reliability and performance, and manage the lifecycle of Kubernetes multi-cluster environments.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Experience with the full application release cycle and best practices
- Experience managing and developing CI/CD process tools
- Understanding of infrastructure and operations including storage, networking, computing, and cloud security
- Azure experience preferred
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Proficiency in Linux scripting and programming languages
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on Kubernetes and containerized environment experience
- Experience handling production performance, scalability, and security challenges
- Strong debugging skills
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terragrunt, service mesh solutions, or Backstage is advantageous
