About the Role

You will develop, deploy, and monitor AI and machine-learning models that detect fraud, anomalies, and other risks. You will analyze risk events and large datasets, validate and reconcile data, build compliant reporting capabilities, maintain auditability, and communicate technical findings to business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
  • Proficiency in model development techniques
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or consulting preferred
  • Exposure to transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case-management platforms
  • Experience supporting compliance operations, investigations, or model governance
  • Experience building and deploying machine-learning models in production
  • Analytical rigor and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

  • Design, deploy, and monitor predictive models and AI algorithms
  • Detect anomalies, fraud, and potential breaches
  • Analyze risk events and identify root causes
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks
  • Validate, cleanse, and reconcile data for regulatory reporting
  • Build scalable reporting platforms aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Document data protocols
  • Translate technical findings into actionable business insights
  • Maintain auditability, traceability, and evidence generation within systems
