About the Role
Own full-funnel go-to-market analytics for a vertical such as sports, crypto, politics, or finance. Explain acquisition, first-trade conversion, and repeat engagement; guide marketing spend using CAC, ROAS, payback, and channel mix; prioritize growth opportunities; design experiments; build cohort, funnel, and retention analyses; develop durable models with analytics engineers; and document work clearly.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, marketing, or product analytics.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Deep fluency in CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rate, retention, and LTV.
- Experience partnering with marketing and product teams.
- Ability to scope ambiguous questions and defend analytical assumptions.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Experimentation design, causal inference, or predictive modeling in Python or R is a plus.
- Experience in sports, crypto, politics, fintech, prediction markets, or other data-intensive financial products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel analytics from paid acquisition through first trade and repeat engagement.
- Partner with marketing on CAC, ROAS, payback period, and channel mix to guide incremental spending.
- Size and prioritize growth opportunities within the assigned vertical.
- Design and evaluate creative, lifecycle, and onboarding experiments.
- Build cohort, funnel, and retention analyses.
- Set analytical targets and hold the vertical accountable to them.
- Turn recurring analyses into durable models with analytics engineers.
- Write clear, thorough end-to-end analysis documentation.
