About the Role
You will design, implement, and evolve an analytics framework that measures core metrics and protocol health. You will lead deep-dive analyses of user behavior and trading performance to uncover growth opportunities, build and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reports, define success metrics and measure feature impact, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Ambitious and outcome driven
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL including complex queries and optimization
- Experience working with blockchain and on-chain data
- Strong experience in data modeling, metric design, and building scalable dashboards for diverse stakeholders
- Operates like an owner: fast, resourceful, and focused on measurable outcomes
- Bonus: experience working on volume-focused programs at centralized exchanges or DeFi protocols
Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of the analytics framework across core metrics, reporting, and data infrastructure
- Lead deep-dive analyses on user behavior, trading performance, and protocol health to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics and measure feature impact
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for analysis, visualization, and communication
