About the Role
Transform complex data into actionable insights, build analytics capabilities, analyze user behavior, and uncover opportunities for impact across product, growth, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles, ideally in trading, fintech, or crypto.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and optimization, plus experience with blockchain/on-chain data.
- Strong experience in data modeling, metric design, and scalable dashboards for diverse stakeholders.
- An ownership-oriented, fast, resourceful, and outcomes-focused approach.
- Bonus: experience with volume-focused programs at CEXs or DeFi protocols.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, and evolution of Drift’s analytics framework across core metrics, reporting, and data infrastructure.
- Lead analyses of user behavior, trading performance, and protocol health to inform product and growth decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards and automated reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, measure feature impact, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for analysis, visualization, and communication.
