About the Role

Crusoe is seeking a Construction Project Specialist to support data center development and tenant improvement projects across the construction lifecycle. The role coordinates site activities, contractors, vendors, project tracking, budgets, documentation, quality, and safety.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant construction experience
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling, procurement, and documentation
  • Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
  • Experience working with general contractors and trade partners
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities across active construction sites
  • Support scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight
  • Support project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, and submittal reviews
  • Monitor construction progress and identify risks, delays, and quality concerns
  • Interface with engineering, procurement, operations, general contractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Participate in site walks and inspections
  • Generate punch lists
  • Support budgeting and cost tracking
  • Review invoices and change orders
  • Maintain records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts
  • Ensure safety practices and site protocols are followed
