About the Role
You will lead end-to-end AI data center construction across APAC. You will manage contractors, construction workflows, document control, commissioning readiness, project risks, safety compliance, reporting, and handover to operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years delivering data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure
- Construction execution, document control, and contract administration experience
- Experience managing contractors and vendors on tight schedules
- Knowledge of MEP and critical-systems delivery and construction-to-commissioning handover
- Proficiency with Aconex, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or SharePoint
- Ability to travel across APAC
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI data center construction delivery
- Manage site enablement works and appointed contractors
- Manage MEP, BMS, fire, security, network readiness, and fit-out vendors
- Own approvals, RFIs, submittals, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
- Drive commissioning readiness and operational handover
- Maintain document-control governance and audit-ready records
- Report construction progress, risks, forecasts, and blockers
- Champion EHS standards and regulatory compliance
- Maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans
- Travel to sites for reviews, safety audits, and startup support
