About the Role
You will architect and govern Atlassian Cloud products at enterprise scale. You will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, create reports and dashboards, build automations and REST API integrations, train employees on best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering, engineering, and scaling Atlassian Cloud systems
- Experience in an enterprise or scale-up environment
- Several years of experience as a Business IT Engineer
- Mastery of Atlassian Cloud systems
- Experience with Assets
- Experience with advanced automation
- Experience using REST APIs
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Experience with Groovy, JavaScript, or Python scripting
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Atlassian Cloud products
- Optimise Atlassian Cloud products at enterprise scale
- Establish configurations, schemes, and governance models
- Analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical solutions
- Create Jira reports, dashboards, and planning views
- Build automations and integrations with enterprise tools
- Conduct specialised training
- Advocate for Atlassian best practices
- Mentor junior team members
