About the Role
You will develop and maintain Flying Probe and ICT test programs for circuit card assemblies. You will deploy solutions with manufacturing partners, improve test coverage and yield, analyse test data, resolve PCB and test issues, and strengthen testability from product design onward.
Requirements
- Experience in PCBA and system product validation in production manufacturing test environments
- Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, and TRI test platforms
- Understanding of SMT and PCB manufacturing processes and failure mechanisms
- Knowledge of AOI and AXI inspection capabilities
- Experience with ISP and OBP CCA configuration
- Experience operating oscilloscopes, DMMs, clock generators, SMUs, and PSUs
- Ability to collaborate with external CCA test and manufacturing partners
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flying Probe and ICT test programs for circuit card assemblies
- Deploy test solutions with manufacturing partners in Taiwan
- Improve test coverage, yield, stability, and production efficiency
- Analyse test data and resolve PCB and test issues
- Collaborate with product test, diagnosis, and manufacturing operations teams
- Strengthen testability from product design onward
