About the Role
You'll join as a founding member of the scripting team, building and maintaining the off-chain infrastructure that powers DeFi protocols. You will work on everything from automation scripts to monitoring systems in a high-ownership role that emphasizes best practices, reliability, and maintainability. You'll get to write elegant, testable code while working on automation, infrastructure, and Web3 technologies.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience with TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ability to deploy and manage scalable production-ready services
- Strong understanding of software testing and CI/CD practices, and system reliability
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies
- Experience with Rust, Golang, or Python (nice to have)
- Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS and serverless architectures (nice to have)
- Experience with IaC such as Terraform (nice to have)
- Knowledge of running blockchain nodes or integrating with RPC endpoints (nice to have)
- Past work on monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or custom alerts (nice to have)
