About the Role
You will develop scalable, high-performance backend applications from concept to completion. You will design and implement APIs and backend services, integrate Web3 libraries when required, optimize performance, write and maintain automated tests, perform code reviews, and mentor other developers. You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into reliable production systems and continuously improve system reliability and performance.
Requirements
- Node.js
- TypeScript
- Nest.js / NestJS
- TypeORM
- Familiarity with Web3.js (preferred)
- Familiarity with Ethers.js (preferred)
- Proven track record of building scalable high-performance applications
- Experience leading or mentoring other developers
- Portfolio or previous work samples required
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable high-performance backend applications
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Integrate blockchain and Web3 libraries where needed
- Write clean maintainable TypeScript code using Node.js, NestJS and TypeORM
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Write and maintain automated tests and CI workflows
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features
- Stay updated on crypto and Web3 trends and best practices
