About the Role
You will design, synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical compounds using modern analytical techniques and individual or automated parallel synthesis. You will optimize reactions, support high-throughput experiments, analyze biological and ADME-PK data, apply machine-learning insights, and present results and recommendations to project teams and senior leadership.
Requirements
- BS in Chemistry with 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, or MS in Chemistry with 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience

Responsibilities
- Design, synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical compounds
- Use LCMS, HPLC, and NMR for compound analysis
- Apply individual and automated parallel synthesis approaches
- Identify and optimize reaction conditions
- Collaborate on high-throughput parallel chemistry experiments
- Analyze biological and ADME-PK data using cheminformatics tools
- Apply machine-learning insights to the design–make–test cycle
- Present results, implications, and recommendations to project teams and senior leadership
