About the Role
You will develop detailed technical design packages and translate architectural concepts into coordinated, buildable information. You will produce drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender packages; respond to RFIs; review contractor proposals; coordinate building systems; and resolve design clashes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in the UK or a similar regulatory environment
- Track record delivering projects through RIBA Stages 3–5
- Experience with data centres or other highly serviced complex buildings
- Technical knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and systems
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools
- Understanding of buildability and construction processes
- Coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design and technical packages through construction
- Translate architectural concepts into coordinated technical information
- Produce construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Prepare tender information and contractor packages
- Respond to RFIs and review contractor proposals and shop drawings
- Resolve on-site technical challenges
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP interfaces
- Ensure compliance with standards and codes
- Identify and resolve clashes through Revit and BIM workflows
