About the Role

You will build and own dbt models that transform validated events into regulatory reporting outputs. You will maintain reportable snapshots, define data contracts, manage changes to regulatory models, and work with Airflow orchestration for scheduled exports. You will also translate regulatory requirements into technical processes and support evolving reporting needs.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills
Experience building and maintaining dbt models or similar transformation frameworks on a modern data warehouse
Experience with ongoing data-model testing
Experience with data quality, lineage, or data contract practices across teams
Familiarity with sensitive-data classification or tagging, including PII and financial fields
Ability to translate legal and compliance requirements into a technical change-request process
Experience working with ambiguity
Experience with XML or other structured regulatory reporting formats is a plus

Responsibilities

Build and own dbt models that transform validated events into regulatory reporting outputs
Maintain versioned reportable snapshots for reproducibility and auditability
Define and maintain data contracts for product-squad events
Set up and run change-management processes for regulatory dbt models
Work with Airflow DAGs that orchestrate dbt runs and scheduled regulatory exports
Monitor new and upcoming regulatory scope
