About the Role

You will operate travel and expense controls, audit processes, reconciliations, and executive reporting. You will maintain control documentation, configure entity-level workflows, monitor compliance, investigate transaction issues, build dashboards, and automate recurring finance operations.

Requirements

• Experience in travel and expense, corporate accounting, internal audit, or finance operations
• SOX or internal-controls experience
• Accounting knowledge including GL coding, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Experience with Navan or comparable travel-management platforms and Brex or equivalent expense tools
• Knowledge of ERP integrations
• Analytical ability with transaction datasets, sampling, and anomaly detection
• Communication skills
• Experience with AI finance-workflow automation
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency environments

Responsibilities

• Operate travel and expense controls for approvals, card issuance, spend limits, segregation of duties, and exceptions
• Maintain process narratives and the risk and control matrix
• Ensure GL coding and month-end reconciliations across Navan, Brex, and Workday
• Prepare control evidence and support internal and external audits
• Configure entity-level coding and approval flows
• Operationalize country-specific expense and tax rules
• Run a risk-based audit program and track remediation
• Monitor transaction, receipt, and policy-compliance controls
• Build compliance and control-performance dashboards
• Automate transaction review and recurring reporting
• Own day-to-day travel and expense operations
