About the Role
You will design and evolve backend architectures, integrate LLM and RAG systems, and maintain AI pipelines and distributed services. You will improve reliability, security, and performance, establish engineering practices, mentor developers, and document reusable components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 5–7+ years of software-development experience with a strong backend focus
- Python, API development, distributed systems, and backend-design expertise
- Experience integrating LLM or RAG systems into real-world applications
- Architecture, system-design, debugging, and performance-optimization skills
- French and English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve Python and FastAPI backend architectures
- Lead integration of LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and agent frameworks
- Architect and maintain ML and agent pipelines and distributed services
- Establish testing, CI/CD, code-quality, and documentation practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical decisions
- Mentor junior and intermediate developers
- Ensure application reliability, performance, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with researchers, developers, designers, and project managers
- Develop reusable internal libraries, frameworks, and components
- Monitor GenAI, LLMOps, and agent-architecture practices
