About the Role
You will protect facilities, associates, and visitors through customer-focused security operations. You will respond to emergencies, manage access control, patrol assigned areas, inspect life-safety equipment, monitor threats, document incidents, and support people requiring accommodations or facing external threats.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1–3 years of security, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of current security technology and systems
- Basic computer proficiency
- Understanding of physical security principles
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and exercise judgment under ambiguous circumstances
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Perform first-responder rescue activities during medical or facility emergencies
- Apply life-safety equipment including fire extinguishers, first-aid supplies, and radios
- Greet visitors and associates while following security protocols
- Manage access control, incident response, and mitigation
- Inspect security equipment and workspace safety
- Support associates and guests requiring accommodations or facing external threats
- Monitor threat intelligence and risk environments
- Conduct patrols on foot or by vehicle
- Record and report abnormal conditions, activities, and incidents
