About the Role

You will enable customer trust through security reviews, customer meetings, AI governance, audits, and formal assessments. You will translate regulatory and privacy expectations into region-aware controls for model governance, agent security, safety, and data handling, while partnering with Legal, Privacy, Engineering, and Product.

Requirements

• 8+ years of security compliance, privacy, or regulatory experience in SaaS, fintech, or AI companies
• Experience with GDPR, DORA, the EU AI Act, and emerging AI regulations
• Awareness of U.S. and APAC regulatory norms
• Ability to operate globally across divergent and aligned requirements
• Experience engaging enterprise and regulated customers on security, privacy, and compliance
• Ability to translate evolving regulatory requirements into defensible practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Legal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Enable customer trust through customer meetings, security reviews, and AI governance
• Build AI governance guardrails aligned with applicable regulations
• Partner with Legal and Privacy on regulatory and contractual matters
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product on system design and operational effectiveness
• Translate regulatory and privacy expectations into scalable technical controls
• Maintain customer-facing trust materials and narratives
• Represent security posture and risk management in customer audits and assessments
• Improve trust workflows, automation, and signal quality
