About the Role
You will support securitization vehicles, bond transactions, and corporate actions. You will coordinate securities listing and admission processes, conduct public offers and tender-offer mandates, and advise companies, executives, and legal counsel on structuring capital-market transactions. You will coordinate projects with exchanges, central securities depositories, companies, and lawyers.
Requirements
- Degree in economics or completed bank clerk training
- Interest in capital-market products and relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access is advantageous
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Support securitization vehicles and bond transactions
- Support corporate actions, including capital increases, capital reductions, bond transactions, scrip dividends, and squeeze-outs
- Coordinate securities admission and listing processes for equity and debt instruments
- Conduct public offers and tender-offer mandates
- Advise and support companies, executives, and legal counsel in structuring capital-market transactions
- Coordinate projects and involved parties, including exchanges, central securities depositories, companies, and legal counsel
