About the Role

You will build and scale backend platform architecture using NodeJS, ExpressJS, and Solidity. You will assess and mitigate security risks, understand blockchain APIs, optimize settlement algorithms, and establish processes for deploying and maintaining network infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of work experience
  • Have experience building production systems for a startup or organization
  • Have strong knowledge of Node.js and its internals
  • Be comfortable building RESTful web services and APIs using ExpressJS
  • Be comfortable with Python, Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
  • Have knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Share GitHub, Bitbucket, or product URLs
  • Work in an agile startup environment and take ownership of assigned responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Build platform architecture using NodeJS, ExpressJS, Solidity, and other technologies
  • Assess platform architecture security risks and implement suitable changes
  • Scale infrastructure to meet increasing demand
  • Understand blockchain architecture and exposed APIs
  • Develop optimization algorithms for faster settlement and reduced technical and financial risk
  • Set up processes for deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure
