About the Role
You will test and validate a custom spatial imaging platform, troubleshoot hardware and software with vendors, optimize spatial multiomic chemistry and sample-preparation workflows, execute spatial perturb-seq workflows, analyze imaging QC data with computational scientists, and report progress against milestones.
Requirements
- PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, genomics, bioengineering, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of academic or biotechnology experience
- Spatial omics technology or product-development experience
- Custom imaging or fluidic systems experience
- Tissue or organoid sample preparation experience
- In situ imaging-based assay experience
- Project management and documentation skills
- No visa sponsorship
