About the Role
You will execute preventive maintenance and directed repairs on robotic manufacturing cells at customer facilities. You will follow troubleshooting procedures, support operators, log work in CMMS systems, monitor performance, document outcomes, escalate complex issues, and comply with safety standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on field service or maintenance experience with robotic or industrial automation systems
- Troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, PLC, or robotic control systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic drawings
- Experience using CMMS platforms
- Ability to travel locally up to 80% and overnight up to 50%
- Structured service documentation skills
- Commitment to safety and checklist-driven field execution
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete directed tasks
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
- Perform directed corrective maintenance and repairs
- Respond to onsite service calls and follow structured troubleshooting steps
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering
- Provide technical support to customer operators and maintenance teams
- Log service activity, asset updates, and spare-part requirements in CMMS systems
- Coordinate day-to-day field logistics
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies
- Document service work and follow-up actions
- Flag recurring issues for engineering investigation
- Follow safety standards, including LOTO and industrial compliance
- Support RCA sessions, audits, and improvement initiatives
